DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LICENSE

This license covers all BelverBears graphics available at www.belverbears.us, and also graphics which have been given away for free by BelverBears.     This covers our Cozy Cuddler graphic sets, as well as our weekly club graphics and other graphic sets.

You must first own (have purchased) the graphics you use under this commercial digital download license, or it must have been a free graphic given by Belverbears to the general public.  This license covers a one-year (365 day period) and ceases to be valid on the day following.  You may renew this license.

You can NOT, in any way resell our graphics in their original form. They MUST be used in a design, composition or other way in which they are incorporated into a new product.  For instance, having a blank card with our graphic on it, is NOT a permissible product, since that would be distributing the graphic in it’s original state.  You may not redistribute, sell, share or in any way dispense our graphics in any way other than in your own created templates.

You may NOT use any BelverBears candy wrapper templates or other “templates” we have created to make products to sell to others for resale.    You may NOT use wrapper templates (or other templates) that are in any of the BelverBears candy wrapper kits or other kits.  This license ONLY covers the BelverBears “graphics and graphic sets”. 

These files may NOT be used or any and all embroidery type products. This license ONLY covers the use of  BelverBears graphics in digital templates that you sell to others.  You must purchase an embroidery use license to use our graphics for any embroidery files.

If you choose not to renew your license after the one (1) year period, you will have to remove and stop selling any and all products you have created using BelverBears products.  If you do not remove and stop selling said products you will be open to legal action.

You agree to place our digital commercial licensing code somewhere on your website (if you have one). It does not have to be in a prominent place , but it must be there.   The code is only a few letters and number and will not identify BelverBears in any way so others will not know you are using our products.

It is not mandatory that you give BelverBears credit on your website or on any of your products.  You may use the line, “Licensed by BelverBears” if you choose to do so. 

This license is in addition to our general BelverBears Good Policy license that covers the use of our graphics.
