This license does NOT cover resale of lawn ornament products to other businesses, people, entities, etc…for commercial purposes.  For instance, if you are a company that sells lawn ornament kits, products, etc., to other businesses who will use it for sale to retail customers, this license does NOT cover that purpose and you cannot use our graphics for that purpose.  You couldn’t make 1000 signs for Walmart of “Joe Smith” so he could go sell them commercially, but you could make that amount and signs and more for retail customers who were using the signs for an event.

(Note: If you would like to sell items commercially to other lawn greeting businesses, you can purchase our Commericial Dealer Yearly License)

This license covers all BelverBears graphics sold via “BelverBears”, belverbears.us, and also graphics which have been given away for free by BelverBears.     This covers our Cozy Cuddler graphic sets, as well as our weekly club graphics and other graphic sets.

You must first own (have purchased) the graphics you use under this lawn ornament/law announcement, or it must have been a free graphic given by Belverbears to the general public or to you privately.  This license covers a one-year (365 day period) and ceases to be valid on the day following.  You MUST renew this license yearly in order for you to use products using our images legally past the one year period.

You can NOT, in any way resell our graphics in their original form. They MUST be used in a design, composition or other way in which they are incorporated into a lawn ornament/announcement.  For instance, selling a vinyl copy of our graphic without it being attached to a wood or other backing is NOT a permissible product, since that would be distributing the graphic in a form that is NOT a lawn graphic/lawn ornament.  You may not redistribute, sell, share or in any way dispense our graphics in any other way other than as a lawn graphic/lawn ornament.

You can NOT create sub-licensees in any way shape or form.  This license is exclusively for your use.

You may NOT sell our graphics as templates, patterns, stamps, tracing guides or anything along those lines.   You are licensing the image ONLY.  In your license you are granted permission to vectorize the graphics for your OWN use in creating a lawn ornament/lawn greeting.  Such vectorizations, etc, as well as our graphics may NOT be resold, given away, shared, etc.. in ANY way and are for your OWN use only.

You may NOT use any BelverBears candy wrapper templates or other “templates” we have created to make products to sell to others for resale.    You may NOT use wrapper templates (or other templates) that are in any of the BelverBears candy wrapper kits or other kits.  This license ONLY covers the BelverBears “graphics and graphic sets”. 

Our graphic files may NOT be used or any and all embroidery type products, unless you hold a BelverBears Embroidery license. This license ONLY covers the use of  BelverBears graphics used in lawn ornaments/lawn announcements, that you sell to others.  

If you choose not to renew your license after the one (1) year period, you will have to remove and stop selling any and all products you have created using BelverBears products.  If you do not remove and stop selling said products you will be open to legal action.

You agree to place “Authorized dealer of BelverBears” on all literature, promotional materials, etc…in which you use our graphics.  

If you have a website, please put “Authorized dealer of BelverBears  www.belverbears.us” someone on the site.

This license is in addition to our general BelverBears Good Policy license that covers the use of our graphics.

We reserve the right to revoke or not renew any license for cause in the circumstance that any part of this license is violated.
